I’m sure many of you have spoken over the phone with members of the technical support and implementation team, so it’s time to put a face to the voice.
This is the team on a crisp fall day after a barbecue we had at our headquarters in Chantilly, VA, just outside of DC. From left is Vickie Bayliss, Doreen Marraffa, Jay Maranan, Jen Thomas, and Phelps Rogovoy.
Phelps is the Director of Implementation and Technical Support and recently celebrated his 10-year anniversary with Agile Fleet. His many years of experience with FleetCommander makes him the key point person on the team for answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing best practices for Implementation.
Vickie is Agile Fleet's Director of Technical Support. She joined the team in September 2018. She brings over 20 years of experience leading technical support, client success, development, and QA teams with companies such as CA Technologies and RainKing Solutions.
Jay is our Sr. Technical Support Specialist, Team Lead. In addition to providing technical support, Jay configures, repairs and ships all our hardware, such as the kiosks, kiosk enclosures, cradle points and key boxes. Jay started in March of 2012.
Jen plays a dual role as Technical Support Specialist and Implementation Lead. She, along with Phelps, is responsible for ensuring that our customers get off to a good start by collecting and importing client data, providing training, and offering best practices in the industry. She came to us in January 2014 from an Agile Fleet client organization, Washington State's Sound Transit, where she was a FleetCommander customer for many years. Having been a client, Jen brings a unique and valuable perspective to the team.
Doreen joined the team in October 2018 and is our Technical Support Specialist. She came to us with over 15 years of experience in customer support, working for companies such as ARIN and Worldcom. Doreen also has technical writing experience and is helping us update our documentation.
Phelps, Vickie, Jay, Jen, and Doreen are the front line that you see. Behind the scenes are our Client Success, System Administration, and Software Engineering groups. It's a great partnership that sets us apart from all the rest. Working together as a team, we are here to meet all your needs, whether you are just starting out with FleetCommander or a long-time client who has been using our solutions for many years.
Don’t forget to sign up for the 2019 FleetCommander User Conference. It will be held from noon, May 22nd to noon, May 25th in Ames, IA (just north of Des Moines near Iowa State University). The early-bird discount ends on March 29th. Last year was a good time and great success. There is a lot to learn and we are looking forward to sharing it with you.
