Agile Fleet President Ed Smith Interviewed (Fleet Management Weekly)

Ed SmithAgile Fleet President Ed Smith was recently interviewed by Fleet Management Weekly about the company being honored by Iowa State University. Agile Fleet earned the 2021 Customer Service Award. The Customer Service award recognizes those suppliers that go above and beyond to provide professional, responsive, and proactive service to ISU.  Agile Fleet's core values were cited as key reasons for the win. 


"We are thrilled that Iowa State University has chosen us for this award," says Agile Fleet's president Ed Smith. "We are dedicated to providing excellence in customer service because our values demand it. Our relationship with ISU is a long and highly valued one, and we’re thrilled to be a part of Transportation Services’ success.”

To be considered for the Customer Service award, suppliers must demonstrate their ability and willingness to consistently provide high-level customer service to ISU, maintain and foster relationships with the University and its key stakeholders, and align internal resources with their needs. More than fifty suppliers were considered for ISU's Procurement Service's supplier award program.
