Thanks to the Iowa State University (ISU) Transportation Services' ability to collect utilization data and manage their fleet online, Director Kathy Wellik and her team have right-sized their fleet, saving an approximate $2 million in the past six years. Shawn Fletcher is the Fleet Services Manager for the University of Wyoming, in Laramie WY. The university has a diverse fleet of 827 vehicles, with more than 200 of them being shared in a motor pool. Shawn has always been involved in the transportation industry, whether it was hauling freight, turning wrenches or just washing a car. His roots run deep in transportation. He then had the opportunity to join the University of Wyoming’s fleet organization where he has worked for nearly 6 years.
Clint Schoeck is the Finance and Operations Manager for the University of Minnesota Fleet Services. He's been employed with the University for 11 years and has worked the past three years with Fleet Services. UMN Fleet Services is composed of a staff of 10 full time employees, and 15-20 student employees. Fleet Services oversees and maintains the majority of the University of Minnesota system's Fleet, which consists of over 900 licensed vehicles.
Dona Ana Community College (DACC) has been a longstanding client of Agile Fleet for more than 11 years. Dona Ana successfully manages an automated motor pool, along with vehicles that are individually assigned to college employees, and vehicles that require maintenance schedules to be managed within the system. They provide fleet vehicles at four locations: the DACC Espina Campus, East Mesa Campus, Gadsden Center, and Sunland Park Center.
